Your roadmap to make an impact
You will own and scale the operational backbone of our People function. Your work ensures clarity, compliance, transparency and measureable impact across the organization.
- Own and scale all People Operations processes across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain and develop our HR Systems to increase efficiency and automation (Personio and others)
- Drive data quality and reporting to make HR measurable, scalable and decision-relevant
- Prepare and coordinate payroll data (including international payroll cases)
- Manage personnel master data, contracts and official documentation with precision and compliance
- Support internationalization efforts (new entities, cross-border employment setups, scaling processes globally)
