TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup that develops a cost-effective counter-drone solution to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers who combine expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design. We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference!
As a Founders Associate, you will be collaborating closely with the Co-Founders and our Chief of Staff, shaping our startup's growth across different departments.

Your roadmap to make an impact

Partner closely with the Co-Founders and Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, processes and projects.
Drive cross-functional projects across strategy, operations & growth.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform leadership decisions.
Prepare presentations, analyses, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
Help define, track, and execute company-level priorities together with our Chief of Staff.
Support fundraising, investor relations, and board preparation as needed.
Step in where needed—this role will evolve with the company’s priorities.

Who you are

You have an university degree in Business, Economics or related fields.
Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience (not required); fluent in German and English.
You’ve seen what *“great”* looks like - through an internship or role in a top-tier startup, consulting, or VC environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Smart, driven, and hungry to build - you get energy from moving fast and seeing results.
You’re curious about how companies grow and you could see yourself staying in the People, Talent, or Org-Building space long-term.
You’re a storyteller who can sell a vision and get others excited to join it.
You have strong people intuition - you can read people fast, connect easily, and build trust.
