We are an international team of ambitious engineers combining expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you play a key role in supporting our customers throughout the entire product lifecycle. You ensure smooth service processes, fast solutions, and an exceptional customer experience while working closely with our technical and operational teams.
Your roadmap to make an impact
  • Manage and optimize all after-sales processes, including spare parts, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Ensure efficient availability, identification, and allocation of all spare parts.
  • Oversee repair workflows from diagnostics to completion with high quality and fast turnaround.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Develop and update SOPs for after-sales, maintenance, and spare-parts operations.
  • Maintain clear service documentation, including parts lists, work reports, and quality records.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for spare parts and maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate orders.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and long-term service.
  • Collaborate with product development, production, and logistics.
  • Identify improvements and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, technical apprenticeship, or similar qualification in engineering or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in after-sales, maintenance, spare parts, or technical service.
  • Strong technical understanding of machinery, components, or industrial products.
  • Experience in coordinating repairs, maintenance tasks, or spare-parts operations.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Details and customer oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP or service management tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
