TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup on a mission to restore the economics of air defense through scalable, cost-effective, AI-powered systems. Our autonomous counter-drone solutions protect people and critical infrastructure, and our team brings together expertise in autonomous systems, UAV design, and next-generation defense technologies.

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with candidates, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is eager to build a career in recruitment. You will play a key role in candidate management and coordinating a high volume of interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Your roadmap to make an impact

Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to interview coordination.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone/video).
Schedule and manage a high volume of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
Support talent acquisition manager with sourcing and recruitment activities.

Who you are

1 - 3 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR; with solid knowledge of recruiting principles.
Academic background in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development, ideally with hands-on exposure to high-growth, fast-paced companies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and interviews simultaneously, with a strong sense of ownership.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in HR software and digital tools, ideally Recruitee or similar platforms.
