  • Maintain and improve our component library and hardware development documentation.
  • Participate in hardware reviews and contribute to design decisions with a focus on robustness, manufacturability, and EMI mitigation.
  • Interface with manufacturing partners to support DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and bring designs into series production.
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics development, especially in schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., using Altium Designer or KiCad).
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power management, and embedded systems.
  • Practical experience with radio/data link modules and wireless communication systems.
  • Basic experience in embedded programming (e.g., C or C++) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment for hardware testing (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, etc.).
  • A structured and pragmatic problem solver with a hands-on mindset.
  • Passion for drones, robotics, and innovative hardware systems.
  • Excitement for working in a fast-paced startup environment where your contribution makes a direct impact.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a collaborative engineering culture.
