We are looking for a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team as an Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineer in Ukraine. This unique role combines the principles of industrial engineering with manufacturing engineering to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your roadmap to make an impact
  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste; update assembly documentation as needed.
  • Create production workflows and layouts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing and testing issues.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and automate manufacturing processes where applicable.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to establish labor standards and optimize operator performance and safety.
  • Manage projects involving the design and modification of plant facilities to accommodate new equipment and processes.
  • Work closely with R&D and product development teams to ensure product manufacturability and continuous improvement.
  • Train technicians on the assembly of new units at our partner factory in Ukraine.
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Passion for driving operational excellence and fostering innovation in manufacturing processes.
  • Eagerness to engage in problem-solving and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in the production environment.
  • Enthusiasm for adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
