  • Collaborate with central teams to build secure environments for code sharing, engineering workflows, and technology transfer.
  • Define and enforce policies for risk management, access control, incident response, and compliance readiness.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT and cybersecurity function aligned with the company’s mission and growth.
Who you are
  • Experienced leader with a background in cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, or secure IT environments - preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, or high-security tech startups.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/cybersecurity roles, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as BSI IT-Grundschutz, and familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, and ISO 27032.
  • Ideally, you hold industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CRISC.
  • Experience with classified data, export control, and national defense systems is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
