TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup that develops a cost-effective counter-drone solution to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers who combine expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.

We’re looking for a hands-on team player to help us scale where it matters most. As a Field UAV Technician deployed in Ukraine, you’ll help assemble, maintain, and support our systems directly in the field—bringing TYTAN’s technology to life under real-world conditions.

Your mission

Deploy and scale TYTAN’s UAV production and assembly operations on the ground in Ukraine
Plan and execute UAV setup workflows in alignment with combat readiness timelines
Oversee and conduct on-site manufacturing, rapid assembly, troubleshooting, and testing of UAVs and subsystems
Support integration and maintenance during flight testing and mission deployments
Work closely with engineers and operators to iterate quickly from field feedback
Develop field-ready repair kits, maintenance protocols, and documentation for continued uptime
Ensure high standards of quality, traceability, and consistency in all assembly and testing steps
Manage local suppliers and sourcing of materials in coordination with HQ
Uphold safety standards in all lab and field environments

Your profile

Completed technical apprenticeship or vocational training (e.g. Mechatronics, Aerospace, Electronics) with 1+ years of relevant work experience
Practical experience in UAV construction, repair, or rapid prototyping environments
Proficiency in additive manufacturing, soldering, CNC machining, and composite assembly
Familiarity with drone avionics, wiring, and propulsion systems
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of speed and precision
Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with solid organizational and multitasking skills
Fluent in Ukrainian & conversational English required
